Serigmo Care is a care company that offers services within HVB (residential care for special needs), short-term housing, supported housing, and transitional apartments for adults with various forms of addiction issues. Many of our clients also have some form of neurodevelopmental disorder or suffer from mental health issues. We also work with changing criminal thought patterns and behaviors.
Our facilities are geographically located in the Mälaren Valley region, Västra Götaland, and in Skåne. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team at Serigmo Care Bollerup! We are looking for a committed and experienced social or treatment pedagogue who wants to make a difference for our target group.
Serigmo Care Bollerup is a licensed facility with 13 places for adult men and women aged 22–60 with substance abuse/addiction issues. Many of our clients also need to work on criminal thought patterns and behaviors.
We are looking for you who are a treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or have other adequate education relevant to the role of a therapist. It is also desirable that you have experience in treatment work and one or more further educations, e.g., ÅP, MI, CRA, KSL, or other suitable education/course. You are well-versed in a working method based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which is the method we apply. You put the client in focus and have a low-affective approach.
Main responsibilities:
- Contact person for placed clients
- Individual treatment conversations
- Conduct manual-guided groups (e.g., relapse prevention, social skills training, etc.)
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Documentation according to current legislation and the facility's guidelines
- Prepare implementation plans, write monthly reports, and final reports
- Contact with commissioners
- Administer medication after delegation from a nurse
Working hours are varied and scheduled with some on-call duty involving sleeping shifts, max 6 times per 4-week period. A B driver's license is also required for the position.

Requirements:
- Treatment pedagogue/Social pedagogue or education that the employer deems equivalent
- Experience with the target group and/or HVB operations
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- B driver's license (preferably for manual transmission)
Merits:
- Education in manual-guided treatment methods, e.g., relapse prevention
- Education in MI, NADA, or other education valuable to the operation
