We are looking for staff for our after-school center!

Are you an engaged, confident, and playful person who is passionate about creating meaningful moments for children? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to work at our after-school center and contribute to a safe, fun, and developmental environment for children in our association. You will be an important part of the children's daily life, both in play, activities, and social interaction. It is important that you are confident and clear in your leadership, and we would appreciate it if you have experience with low-affective handling (calm and de-escalating interaction). We often go on excursions, so having a driver's license is an advantage.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and participate in activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment.
• Support children in their social development.
• Collaborate with other leaders and the association's operations.
• Contribute ideas and engagement to our after-school activities and association.

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys working with children.
• Is responsible, positive, and proactive.
• Has good collaboration skills, but also the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Is creative and enjoys coming up with activities, preferably with a physical/sports profile.
• Has experience with children or club life (meritorious but not a requirement).

Scope

This is a holiday position with a 75% workload. The role includes opening at 06:30 and closing at 18:00. If you, like us, are flexible, we will find a solution that suits both you and the operations.

Location

The after-school activities take place in our premises at Magnarp School.
