We are looking for an open, cheerful, and positive assistant for a 20-year-old girl in Kävlinge

Here you will become part of a small and dedicated team of important people who ensure that the girl can live an active, joyful, and meaningful life.

About you:
You must be female. Previous experience in personal assistance, school/preschool, or other work with children/youth is meritorious but not a requirement. At our company, you will undergo on-site introductions and training until you feel confident in the role.

Tasks and Environment:
The girl has double assistance, so you will never work alone but will have support from a colleague or support assistant/support pedagogue when the girl attends day activities. This means your workplace may be located at the day activity center in the fall, but the focus is always on our girl.

Position Details:
We are looking for a warm and secure assistant to start with us in August. The position is a fixed-term contract equivalent to approximately 40%, and there are good chances it will convert to a permanent position later on. Shifts occur on weekdays (daytime/evening) and every other weekend. As an assistant, your duties include everything from personal hygiene and care to communication, training, and activities.

The family lives within walking distance of Kävlinge train station, so commuting by public transport is no problem!

Your interests and requirements:
You need to feel comfortable in water, and a requirement is that you must be a competent swimmer, as swimming is one of my biggest interests! Additionally, I love horseback riding, so for that simple reason, you should not be afraid of horses either.

On weekdays, it is busy with horseback riding, swimming, music therapy, and training. I appreciate being outdoors and my daily walks.

During weekends and holidays, I like to find fun activities and go on outings. As an assistant, you have influence in my daily life and help me maintain an active life, which I truly appreciate. Music is my passion; I love listening to music and have several different instruments. You do not need to be musically knowledgeable, but you are welcome to enjoy joking and singing with me.

I am very curious and like when things happen – you will never get bored with me! We appreciate it if you are flexible and have a good work ethic. In my assistance group, we help each other, and it is important to give and take. We are a wonderful and fun group that creates many fun (and unforgettable) memories together!

The most important factor, of course, will be the personal chemistry between you and me!

Requirements: Non-smoker, competent swimmer, and not afraid of horses.
