About the role

As a Customer Consultant, you will become an important part of our team and work on creating value for both customers and clients. The tasks vary depending on the assignment and may include, among other things:

  • Advisory and sales via incoming and outgoing customer contacts

  • Insurance mediation

  • Customer service via phone and chat

  • Upselling and customer care

No day is like the other, making the role both developmental and varied.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to develop are most important.

About Consort Nordic

Practical information

Location: Mölndal (Gothenburg)

Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Six months of probationary employment applies.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00
