Efficient investigations and professional customer contact
As an insurance investigator, you are a state employee tasked with investigating cases to ensure the right person receives the right benefit at the right time. When working with care allowances, you will contact parents who have children requiring special care due to illness or disability. In your work regarding supplementary allowances, you will interact with individuals who may need assistance with extra costs for daily living due to disability. In your role, you make assessments through qualified investigations and analysis of documentation, primarily medical certificates. You then propose decisions to be made by designated decision-makers. Contact with individuals is made via phone and in writing. You gather information and collaborate with healthcare providers and municipalities, among others. As an insurance investigator, you handle confidential information, which demands a high standard of proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong sense of security awareness.

- have a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
- are confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations

Other
Several positions, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probation period may apply. Some positions involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a successful security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work opportunities exist if the work allows. In this recruitment, work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Eskilstuna.
Recruitment seminars will be held on August 11th from 16:30-17:30 and on August 12th from 12:00-13:00 for candidates who proceed in the recruitment process.
