About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will have a central and business-close role where you contribute to developing Rullpack as a workplace and organization. Together with managers and leadership, you work to strengthen leadership, working environment, competence supply, and culture in a business characterized by sustainability, quality, and continuous development.
As an HR Business Partner, you are a close support to the managers in the local organization and an important partner in both strategic and operational HR matters. You work broadly across the entire HR field and contribute with structure, clarity, and a business-oriented perspective in issues concerning organization, employee engagement, and leadership.
Your work is characterized by proximity to the operations, a good understanding of production conditions, and a strong commitment to people. The role includes both daily HR support and the development of processes, routines, and ways of working that create conditions for a secure, efficient, and attractive workplace.
You drive and support initiatives within areas such as competence development, recruitment, working environment, rehabilitation, union cooperation, leadership development, and culture building. The work is varied, and you thrive on switching between long-term development issues and more operational tasks in everyday life.
You become an important part of the local organization in Reftele and work closely with site management, managers, and other functions within the business.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is confident in their HR competence and thrives in a business-close role where you can combine business understanding with a genuine interest in people, leadership, and development. You are trustworthy, clear, and have high integrity, as well as a good ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
We prefer that you have a relevant university education in the HR field and experience in broad HR work, preferably from manufacturing or another environment where proximity to managers and employees is central. You have a good understanding of labor law, working environment, and union cooperation and are accustomed to translating HR issues into practical and value-creating solutions in the business.
You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
