Do you want to strengthen quality, environment, and sustainability in an international organization with strong future confidence? At Fristads, you will have a key role in developing and coordinating ISO work close to management, process owners, and operations.
Here you will have the opportunity to influence, create structure, and contribute to ways of working that make a real difference – both for the business and for Fristads' sustainability journey.
Your future employer
Fristads is a leading player in workwear in Sweden and has been a reliable partner for professional workers for nearly 100 years. With a focus on safety and comfort, the company combines functional design, excellent fit, and sustainable materials – characteristics that define the brand.
At Fristads, you become part of a successful company characterized by passion and customer focus. With a strong desire to constantly improve, Fristads also drives industry development in sustainability and innovation.
What does the role offer?
As an ISO Specialist at Fristads, you are responsible for coordinating and driving the work with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for Fristads and the company's subsidiaries in Europe. You will be a qualified support to the management group, managers, process owners, and internal auditors, contributing to ensuring that management systems, processes, and ways of working are clear, up-to-date, and business-oriented.
- Support management, managers, and process owners in the work with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Drive process forums and contribute to common, efficient ways of working.
- Plan and coordinate internal audits and prepare for external audits.
- Educate and support internal auditors and operations in ISO, management systems, and deviation management.
- Be the system owner for Canea One and ensure a user-friendly and updated management system.
- Support customer-related issues within CSR, sustainability assessments, and ISO requirements in the supply chain.
The role reports to the HR Manager and has a close connection to the management group. You will have the mandate to guide, highlight, and drive ISO-related issues in the organization.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have relevant academic education and good understanding and experience of working with management systems and ISO standards within quality and environment, especially ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You have experience in process development, internal auditing, deviation management, and continuous improvement and are accustomed to translating requirements and decisions into clear ways of working in operations. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. You have experience in a similar role for a couple of years. If you also have experience with ISO 45001, or from textile, sales, or service-oriented operations, we consider it meritorious.
As a person, you are structured, clear, and confident in driving issues forward through others. You create engagement, build trust, and combine thoroughness with a pragmatic and business-oriented way of working. You thrive in a role where you get to collaborate, simplify, and create sustainable ways of working together with others.
Is this your perfect match?
This is a role for you who wants to combine ISO, quality, environment, process development, and sustainability in a company where the issues have high strategic significance. You will become a specialist in your area, but work closely with many parts of the organization and have great opportunities to participate in how Fristads develops its common ways of working and takes the next step in its journey.
At Fristads, you become part of an engaged team where the values Passion, Performance, Simplicity, and Togetherness are important in both daily life and development. You are offered market-competitive conditions, and a headquarters with new premises created for collaboration and equipped with modern technology. Naturally, a fitness allowance and the opportunity to participate in both social and health-oriented activities are included.
The role is located in Borås and offers a flexible working day. The position is 80 percent, which may suit you who, for example, want to combine a qualified role with other activities. Travel occurs to Fristads' companies in Europe a couple of times a year, primarily to the Dutch and Danish operations.
