Glowd is growing and is now looking for a Customer Coordinator to join the team in Stockholm. In this role, you are often the customer's first point of contact and play a crucial part in the entire customer journey. You combine sales, customer service, and administration in a role with many touchpoints.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations and work with consultative sales
• Handle bookings, customer support, and follow-ups via phone and email
• Ensure that documentation and information are correct prior to treatments
• Follow up with customers and contribute to upselling where relevant

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Experience in customer contact and preferably consultative sales
• A strong interest in beauty and aesthetic treatments
• Good communication skills in both speech and writing
• Ability to work in a structured manner and drive your work forward

We are looking for someone with a very strong interest in aesthetic injections. Not just beauty or aesthetic injections in general, but you have either worked in this environment or have personally invested significant time in deepening your knowledge. Furthermore, we would like you to be service-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you combine customer contact, administration, and sales.
