Your workplace - a developing and growing agency

As a Property Engineer with us, you will be part of the Technical Unit West. On behalf of the administrator, we carry out projects and contracts in a project-oriented manner by planning, procuring, executing, and following up on maintenance measures and investment projects within the Fortification Administration's property portfolio.

The assignments lie within the area of ventilation and plumbing (VS), but related assignments may also occur.

As a Property Engineer, you will also work with condition assessments, property documentation, and cost analyses within the framework of the management assignment, as well as participate in the procurement of consultants and contractors. The position is located in Såtenäs.

The work includes travel within the region. Travel outside the region may also occur and can be planned.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education. You also need to have:

• several years of experience from the ventilation or plumbing industry
• experience with contracting and service projects within ventilation
• experience working according to management and quality systems
• good knowledge of BAS-P and BAS-U (safety coordinators)

You must also have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A class B driver's license is required, as well as Swedish citizenship.

It is meritorious if you have professional experience as a project manager and experience with cost estimation and bidding processes. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience with economic follow-up and result control. If you have professional experience in design work and knowledge of contracting procurement and business law, it is to your advantage.

About the employment

The position is a permanent employment and may start with a probationary period. As a permanent employee, you will be mobilized for war service. The location is Såtenäs. Employment with us requires Swedish citizenship and involves placement in a security class. A security investigation with register check will be conducted before employment in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
