Job Information
In the role of Project Manager, your work is characterized by structure and delivery! You will be a central part of the team working to develop and maintain Sweden's energy infrastructure. You will work on-site at the office in Kungsbacka, among engaged and competent colleagues who are looking forward to welcoming you! You will be employed by Sodajo Consulting and work as a consultant for our client.

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for driving technical projects, including planning, steering, and implementation, as well as direct leadership and coordination of technicians working in the field.
- Maintain constant communication with external parties, including companies, authorities, and other key stakeholders, to coordinate and report on project status and compliance.
- Ensure that all project goals, including timeframes and budgets, are met through careful monitoring and control of project documentation.
- Monitor compliance with quality and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that legal requirements and governing documents are strictly followed.
We are looking for you who:
In this recruitment process, great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. Either you have worked in a supervisory role and are ready to take the next step, with a clear background in construction/contracting and/or electricity distribution, or you have previous experience in project management within a relevant area. We see that you are a strong communicator with broad technical understanding, who can handle various stakeholders and drive projects forward. You possess the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and assignments.
You hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and are fluent in Swedish and English.

As a Project Manager with our client, you are proactive and decisive. You have a natural ability to organize and prioritize your work efficiently.
