Job Responsibilities

As a Road Barrier Installer, you will work in a team installing road barriers on highways. The position is based in Borås, but since the work location changes, the job may be carried out in other locations. This means that overnight stays away from home will be required. Working hours are during the day.

Background and Personal Qualities

We prefer that you have some form of practical education from before, for example, a construction program or equivalent. Similar work experience is seen as a big plus. If you have completed training for working on roads, this is an advantage, but not a requirement. A requirement, however, is that you hold a valid B-driver's license. You are a hardworking and positive person who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions. You are handy, like physical work, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed. Furthermore, you and your colleagues in the team support each other so that you together solve the day's tasks. As mentioned above, when the job requires it, you will stay overnight in other locations. Therefore, your private life should allow for this type of travel.
