About the role

As a groundworker with us, you will work on various types of ground and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Paving and stone laying
• Setting kerbstones
• Preparatory ground work and excavation
• Use of tools and equipment such as plate compactors and laser levels
• Excavation work and fine-tuning of surfaces

The work is practical, physical, and primarily carried out outdoors alongside an engaged team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2–4 years of experience in groundwork, paving, or construction
• Has good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys physical work and working outdoors
• Is solution-oriented and has a positive attitude
• Has good teamwork skills and thrives in a team environment
