Site Manager for Civil Engineering Wanted!

We are now recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, an experienced Site Manager within earthworks and civil engineering for an established company in Gothenburg. This role is suitable for you who are confident in your role as a Site Manager and want a central and responsible position in projects.

About the role

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for leading and driving earthworks and civil engineering projects from start to handover. You have overall responsibility for planning, production, economy, and follow-up. The role involves leading work on-site, coordinating personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is carried out according to schedule, budget, quality, and health and safety requirements.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience as a Site Manager within earthworks and civil engineering
• Experience in areas such as earthworks, water and sewage (VA), foundation work, or infrastructure
• Good proficiency in project economics, forecasting, and scheduling
• Experience in leading and coordinating multiple stakeholders in projects
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
