Site Manager in Construction – Gothenburg

We are now recruiting, on behalf of our client, an experienced Site Manager in Construction for a well-established company in Gothenburg. This role is suitable for someone who is confident in their site manager position and wants a central and responsible role in projects.

About the role

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for leading and driving construction projects from start to handover. The projects include both ROT (Repair, Move, and Transform) projects and new production, and you have overall responsibility for planning, production, economics, and follow-up. The role involves leading work on the construction site, coordinating staff and subcontractors, and ensuring that the project is carried out according to schedule, budget, quality, and occupational health and safety requirements.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience as a Site Manager in construction
• Experience with both ROT projects and new production
• Good proficiency in project economics, forecasting, and scheduling
• Experience in leading and coordinating multiple stakeholders in projects
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
