About the role:

As a construction foreman, you will play a central role in our clients' projects, responsible for leading and coordinating work on the construction site. Your assignment involves ensuring that the project is carried out according to set timeframes, budgets, and quality requirements. Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Daily planning and management of construction work
• Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Quality assurance and monitoring of work processes
• Ensuring workplace environment and safety on the construction site
• Continuous reporting to the site manager

Qualifications:

We expect you to have several years of experience as a foreman in the construction industry. You have good technical understanding, are accustomed to reading drawings, and have experience working on both large and small projects. We are looking for a leader who is structured, solution-oriented, and has the ability to motivate and engage their team. To succeed in this role, you need:

• Experience in construction supervision
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Knowledge of construction processes and quality work
• Ability to handle stress and make quick decisions
• Relevant education in construction
