In the role of Data Coordinator and BIM Specialist, you work with the Swedish Transport Administration's investment projects within both road and rail sectors. You support project management and other specialists in coordinating digital information throughout the entire project lifecycle. This involves setting requirements, ensuring quality, and coordinating digital deliveries based on governing documents, ensuring that common working methods are followed.

As a specialist in digital project management, you are an expert in issues regarding information collection, access, and sharing to ensure that the right data is available to the right stakeholders at the right time. You are responsible for establishing and maintaining structures in document management systems to ensure information is handled correctly.

You provide support in matters concerning model management and ensure that BIM requirements are adapted to the project's needs. You maintain ongoing dialogue and participate in project meetings and meetings with suppliers. The role also includes training internal users in the systems and ensuring that all involved parties work according to established guidelines for digital information management.

In addition to supporting projects, there is an opportunity to participate in strategic work at the unit level, thereby contributing to the development of working methods and processes within the area.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with excellent collaboration skills who enjoys working with others. You are communicative and clear in both speech and writing, allowing you to effectively convey information to various target groups. You work carefully and systematically and have the ability to independently drive your tasks forward within your area of responsibility. You are motivated by active employee participation, taking responsibility for your tasks while being mindful of how you contribute to the whole. You have good analytical skills and can quickly understand different contexts.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university or college degree of at least 180 credits (120p) with a technical focus, or alternatively other education combined with experience we consider equivalent
• Several years of relevant experience working with information management in infrastructure projects
• Experience working in document management systems (e.g., ProjectWise, Chaos, SharePoint)
• Experience handling drawings and models (e.g., AutoCAD, Microstation, Navisworks, Quadri, Bentley)
• Experience working with receiving and delivery controls of technical documentation

It is meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge of GIS and/or automation (e.g., knowledge of FME)
• Experience working with regulations and requirements for information management
• Knowledge of the Swedish Transport Administration's governing and supporting documents for digital project management
