About the role

As an excavator operator, you will play a key role in our projects and work with varied tasks within earthworks and construction. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Excavation work with tracked and wheeled excavators
• Excavation, fine grading, and site preparation
• Working with 3D measurement systems for high precision
• Drainage and construction work
• Daily supervision and simple maintenance of machinery

The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and supervisors on various project sites.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2–4 years of experience as an excavator operator or within earthworks and construction
• Hold a valid B driving license
• Have certificates for Work on Road 1 and 2
• Have good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience working with 3D measurement systems
• Additional machine qualifications or certificates
• Experience in service and maintenance of construction machinery
