Experienced Site Manager Construction – Gothenburg

Do you want to lead and drive ROT projects in a medium-sized construction company with short decision-making paths and a strong forward-looking attitude?

We are now looking for an experienced Site Manager in construction for our client in Gothenburg. Here you will have a central role responsible for leading projects from start to finish, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring quality and profitability in our assignments.

About the role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ROT projects in Gothenburg and the surrounding area. The role involves:

• Project Management: Drive construction projects through all phases – from planning to completion.
• Leadership: Lead, support, and develop skilled workers and subcontractors.
• Quality & Economy: Ensure that projects are delivered with high quality, within budget and timeframes.
• Customer Contact: Build and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Extensive experience with ROT projects.
• The ability to combine operational work on the construction site with a holistic view of project progress.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive your team.
• Strong business acumen and commitment to creating results.
