Your role

We are now looking, on behalf of our client, for a driven site supervisor with the ambition to grow into a Site Manager role in Northern Bohuslän and its surrounding areas, who wants to contribute to further developing the business.

You will lead production, be responsible for personnel, economics, and schedules, and serve as the company's face to customers and partners. You report directly to the Business Area Manager and have significant opportunities to influence both working methods and business strategies.

In the long term, there are excellent opportunities to take the next step in the organization and assume full responsibility as a Site Manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have several years of experience leading civil engineering projects and have a solid background in earthworks and/or construction work. You are confident in handling project economics, schedules, and resources, and thrive in a role where you take significant personal responsibility.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and clear in your communication. You build trust with both employees and customers and are motivated by creating well-functioning teams and profitable projects. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
