About the Job
We are a group of site managers in the local market in Skaraborg, with 50 employees distributed roughly 50/50 between office staff and tradespeople. We have many exciting projects underway and in the pipeline, and we need to grow! Here, you become part of a great team of engaged and driven colleagues. We work as a team out in our projects where engagement and involvement are important, where everyone's skills contribute to our common goals and successful projects. We work in the local market in Skaraborg, and flexibility is required for daily commuting within the geographical area. The position is full-time with a start date in autumn 2026.
About the Role
We are looking for you who are responsible and meticulous in your way of working, where it is important that your work is performed with good quality and in a safe manner. You are positive, engaged, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a team but can also take individual responsibility and work independently. You like a variety of tasks and have the ability to drive your own and the team's work forward. You understand the value of close dialogue and good feedback to the management.
Qualifications
- Requirement: At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering and construction work.
- Requirement: Good knowledge of Swedish (ability to communicate and understand).
- Requirement: Valid B driver's license.
- Advantage: Professional certification in civil engineering and construction.
- Advantage: Competence in utility installation (piping/cabling).
