Description
Do you want to help shape the future municipal properties and facilities? Lysekil Municipality is facing one of its largest development initiatives, with several extensive investment projects within real estate, harbor, and community planning. This is a role for you who wants more than just project management – you want to influence technical decisions in initiatives that will have an impact on the entire municipality of Lysekil.
We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to complement our project managers in developing, quality-assuring, and executing projects. With us, you will become a sought-after key competence at a time when the municipality is taking the next step in several major investments.
The role has a clear focus on technical quality, review, and requirement setting in the early stages of projects, where you contribute to creating robust and feasible solutions before procurement and construction. At the same time, some projects offer the opportunity to independently drive projects from start to finish, providing a varied role with both technical depth and personal responsibility.
Responsibilities
You work closely with the responsible project manager and contribute technical expertise, structure, and momentum throughout the project. The focus is on quality in documentation, requirement setting, and coordination.
You will:
- Review and quality-assure documentation and technical solutions
- Contribute to specifications and procurement documents
- Ensure coordination between technical disciplines
- Identify and manage technical risks
- Support project managers in dialogue with consultants, contractors, and operations

- Experience in design, technical coordination, or review
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement methods
- Good understanding of technical systems in buildings
- Ability to read, analyze, and quality-assure documentation
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Merits
- Experience from municipal/public sector operations, client roles, or projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in renovation of existing buildings or harbor-related projects
- Experience leading projects from start to finish
Conditions
Permanent position, 100% full-time.
Required decisions must be taken before the position is filled.
We work actively with diversity to utilize the qualities that applicants with different backgrounds bring.
