ISS Facility Services is looking for an engaged and experienced Carpenter for a project with our client in the automotive industry, operating at several locations in Sweden. This assignment is based at the site in Skövde.

About the Role As a Carpenter, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for ensuring that our customer's properties and premises convey a holistic experience of a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. Examples of tasks include performing renovations, new construction, repairs, and maintenance work. You will also assist with quotations. We appreciate that you have a flexible and solution-oriented approach, making you eager to help your colleagues in areas such as outdoor environments, caretaking, property maintenance, operational technology, and more. We offer a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period.

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you who have a professional qualification and feel confident in the role of Carpenter, having worked in the profession for several years. Experience in tiling and concrete work, as well as holding a wet room certificate, is advantageous. You have good social skills and a fine ability to independently identify what needs to be done to drive the work forward. You also need to have the ability to collaborate, as the work sometimes takes place in groups. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. We believe you are accommodating and positive, and that you easily create and maintain good relationships with both customers and employees. We value your personal and unpretentious engagement highly, as well as your ability to resolve arising situations. A B-license (car driver's license) is required, and forklift and overhead crane licenses are advantageous. Since the job can be physically demanding at times, being in good physical shape is helpful. You must speak and write Swedish fluently.
