Carpenter / Team Leader – Windows & Facade

We are looking for an experienced carpenter with expertise in window replacement and facade work. You should be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of on-site construction production.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in carpentry/construction
Experience with window replacements and facade work is a plus
Experience with miter saws (gäring) is a significant advantage
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Good teamwork skills and leadership qualities

Dedicated general carpentry experience is also acceptable, as we are open to training the right person for the role.

We would prefer that the candidate starts as a team leader, with the opportunity to develop further into a foreman role within the company in the long term.
