The Role

Your responsibilities

We work on various types of infrastructure projects at the industrial sites in Stenungsund. Here, we perform maintenance work as well as projects on both large and small scales, and to some extent, new production. The role involves tasks within concrete work; formwork, reinforcement, pouring, and to some extent also earthworks and infrastructure tasks. The position is full-time with a start in autumn 2026.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in your trade. Experience from the industry is positive but not a requirement. We simply seek you who are skilled in your profession and who are careful and responsible. You should also have good judgment and safety awareness, as you will be working in a high-risk environment. At our company, you will work both independently and in a group, and we appreciate that you are a positive and solution-oriented person who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team. Since the work takes place at a fixed operational site, we are primarily looking for personnel who live in the local area or have a reasonable commuting distance.

Requirements for the position:

• At least three years of experience as a concrete worker.
• Valid B-class driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, ability to communicate clearly and understand others.

Merits:

• Professional certification as a concrete worker.
• Previous experience from the industry.
