MiniStuds Malmö Limhamn is looking for an enthusiastic gymnastics instructor!

Are you passionate about working with children and want to make a real difference? At MiniStuds, you will have the opportunity to give the youngest children a fun, safe, and active start in life through play, movement, and community.

Unlike many other children's activities, MiniStuds is more than just gymnastics. We work in small, family-like groups where every child and parent is seen. After each gymnastics session, we gather for a shared snack – a much-appreciated time where relationships grow, new friendships are formed, and community takes center stage. For us, the social aspect is just as important as motor development.

We believe in free play, joy in movement, and that children develop best in a safe environment where they can explore at their own pace. As an instructor, you will become an important part of this experience and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the whole family.

• Have experience working with children and/or gymnastics.
• Are positive, engaged, and enjoy spreading energy.
• Have a pedagogical approach and see the unique needs of each child.
• Enjoy meeting both children and adults and always provide a warm and professional reception.
• Are a team player with good communication skills.
• Want to develop, learn new things, and grow in your role.
• Put safety and security first.

Working Hours

The position involves working Saturdays and Sundays approximately 08:30–13:00, starting no earlier than August 17th.

From mid-October, there is an opportunity to influence which days of the week you work. For those who wish to work more, there may also be opportunities for additional shifts.
