Job Description

We are looking for an engaged and responsive teaching assistant for a fixed-term position at our school. As a teaching assistant, you will support students in their learning and personal development. You will work closely with permanent staff and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support students in their schoolwork and help them achieve their goals.
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Contribute to students' social and emotional development.
• Assist with practical tasks and student care.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who is responsive, empathetic, and deeply committed to the well-being of students.
• Experience working with children and young people is advantageous, preferably in care or pedagogy.
• You are flexible, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in Swedish are required.

Other Information

• Start Date: Immediately.
• Duration: Primarily for short-term absences of permanent staff.
• Location: Malmö.
