Bladins Preschool is now looking for an engaged and curious Montessori educator who wants to become part of our team. As a Montessori educator here, you work to create a safe, developmental, and educational environment where every child has the opportunity to develop based on their own prerequisites.

You are an important part of the team and actively contribute to the pedagogical activities based on the Montessori approach and materials.

You work closely with your colleagues to plan, implement, and follow up on education based on the curriculum, children's needs, and interests.

At Bladins Preschool, you have good opportunities to develop both individually and together with the organization through scheduled pedagogical planning and collegial learning.

The role also includes:

• documenting the pedagogical work in TYRA

• having a close and trusting dialogue with guardians

• developing learning environments that stimulate children's independence, curiosity, and desire to learn

• contributing to systematic quality work

We are looking for someone who:

• is trained as a Montessori educator

• has experience working in preschool

• has a strong commitment to children's development and learning

• works from a positive and respectful approach where the child is always the focus

• is solution-focused and enjoys collaborating

• has good digital competence and is accustomed to documenting

• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of English is an advantage

• has a desire to continue developing professionally

Bladins Preschool has been in operation since 2014 and has approximately 120 children divided into two units: Bladins Preschool and Bladins Montessori Preschool. Montessori pedagogy permeates the teaching, and we work with respect, engagement, and creativity to create the best possible preschool for every child.

The preschool is located next to Pildammsparken in Malmö and offers an inspiring environment with proximity to both nature and the city.

Bladins is an ideologically driven, non-profit foundation. Any surplus is reinvested into the operations and contributes to developing education for our children and students.

Employment type: Temporary position during parental leave
Scope: Full-time
Period: August 2026 - June 2027
