Errarp School is a grades F-6 school with approximately 480 students located in Skälderviken. With forests and the sea within walking distance, we have a fantastic outdoor environment at our disposal. We have generous facilities and a library integrated into the school.

Job Responsibilities

The role involves you working in the classroom together with the responsible mentor during the morning. In the afternoon, you are responsible together with your colleagues for the after-school center's activities. You will be placed in the lower primary section. In our work teams, we work together in teams. We strive for shared leadership where the dialogue between the work team and school management is close.

At Errarp School, we have a very high proportion of qualified teachers in the after-school center, which contributes to a development-oriented operation with good quality.

Whether you are experienced or a recent graduate, you have security and continuous support from your work team as well as special needs educators/special teachers and the principal.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a teacher certification for after-school centers/after-school pedagogy.

We expect you to be engaged and inspiring. You follow the students' development and challenge each individual student based on their abilities. Your task will be to create the best prerequisites together with the work team so that every student succeeds in their learning. We expect you to participate in and enrich the school's development work. An active values-based work is also a matter of course for you. Good collaboration skills are a requirement.

You document, reflect on, and analyze your work both independently and together with your colleagues. You have the whole child at the center and see the benefit of collaborating with other professional categories to create the best learning environment. The security in your professional role is combined with clarity and the ability to set boundaries.

You preferably have knowledge in the subject of textile crafts, although this is not a requirement.

Employment type: Permanent position.
