About the position

We are now looking for a teacher of Swedish/Swedish as a second language (SVE/SVA) at the basic level for one of our nine units within the Sector for Working Life and Leisure, specifically the Learning Centre (Lärcentrum). The Learning Centre covers the Introduction Programme, Municipal Adult Education (including SFI), and study and career guidance.

Various forms of study are offered within the operations based on needs and demand, so experience in teaching in different ways is a positive asset.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you with qualifications in Swedish/Swedish as a second language at the basic level.

You should be computer literate and preferably have experience with digital tools such as Office 365, Skype, SharePoint, Google Classroom, Teams, etc., which are used in the operations.

You are well grounded in current regulatory documents and work consciously with student influence and participation. Your work is based on scientific foundation and proven experience, and you take your share of the responsibility for the school working towards established goals and advancing pedagogical development. You should be able to work with formative learning, take own initiatives, and work both independently and in teams. You should have both the will and ability to see opportunities and thus be involved in developing our operations. We believe you are positive, solution-focused, and have the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

A teaching license must be attached to the application, or a degree that qualifies you for a license.

About the employment
