We are currently looking for a Vocational Teacher to join our apprenticeship programme in the Construction and Infrastructure Programme at Universitetsholmen Upper Secondary School. Responsibilities
As a Vocational Teacher, you will work to ensure that students reach their full potential – both academically and socially. You will support, motivate, and encourage each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their individual prerequisites, preparing them for their future professional roles. Your duties include planning, teaching, assessment, as well as evaluation and development of pedagogical activities in accordance with the school's governing documents.

Together with your colleagues, you will work to create a positive learning and working environment for both students and staff. You will also actively contribute to the school's quality and development initiatives.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Educated Vocational Teacher with eligibility in the relevant subject/area. Alternatively, a completed education in the relevant subject/area at upper secondary or post-secondary level deemed relevant by the employer.
- Several years of professional experience from the current industry and very strong subject knowledge
- Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy
- Very good Swedish proficiency in speech and writing.

Furthermore, you contribute to positive collaborations and communicate openly, clearly, and attentively with your surroundings. You understand how students' backgrounds, culture, and previous experiences affect learning and interactions, and you create an inclusive learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
