Our school area consists of Maglehillsskolan, a newly built preschool to grade 6 school in the western part of Höör, as well as our smaller rural school in Tjörnarp with preschool to grade 3. At the school, professional staff work who are passionate about their mission and strive to put the student first.

We are now looking for a certified teacher for the middle school (grades 4-6) at Maglehillsskolan. The position is a 100% temporary assignment during the academic year 26/27.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a middle school teacher, you are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment so that students feel curiosity and a desire to learn.

You will mainly work in close collaboration with a homeroom teacher in grade 5 and be responsible for your own lessons, as well as teaching parallel to the homeroom teacher. Together with your colleagues in the work team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing the teaching with a formative approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 4-6.

The position requires that you:

• are a clear leader both inside and outside the classroom
• plan with a focus on students' desire to learn
• have good knowledge of how classroom teaching affects the learning of different students
• have the ability to create good relationships and thereby provide a secure learning environment for our students
• are well-versed in the steering documents and have experience in analyzing and documenting students' abilities and knowledge
• can work independently, but you are also good at collaborating. You dare to challenge colleagues to think in new ways

• Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-08-10, end date: 2027-08-10.
• Working hours: Daytime.

The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and provided it does not need to be taken for internal use.
