Job Description

We are now looking for an engaged percussion pedagogue who wants to inspire and support young people in their musical development. You will teach students after school hours, both individually and in groups within percussion. The role also includes ensemble and orchestra leadership in collaboration with colleagues.

Through collaborations with teachers in music, drama, and dance, you will participate in joint projects and performances, contributing your ideas to cross-curricular activities and creative processes.

The position offers you the opportunity to develop both the students and the culture school's operations. Together, we make a difference through culture.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university education in percussion pedagogy or another equivalent artistic and pedagogical education. It is an advantage if you have experience of teaching within a culture school and if you have knowledge of sound and lighting technology.

You are pedagogical, proactive, and confident in working both independently and together with others. You enjoy working on a project basis and have a genuine commitment to the development of children and young people.

A category B driver's license and access to your own car are an advantage as teaching may take place at different locations in the municipality.

Employment Terms

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, Start date: 2026-08-12 or as agreed.
