We are now looking for an engaged teacher with broad subject competence for our study workshop. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with the students and contribute to their knowledge development and hope for the future.

The position is a temporary assignment (100%) for one academic year, including holiday coverage.

About Vasavångsskolan

Vasavångsskolan is a secondary school in eastern Eslöv with approximately 330 students in grades 7–9. At our school, good relationships, security, and high expectations are at the center. Your Role

As a teacher in the study workshop, you work together with students in need of special support. You meet students both individually and in small groups and collaborate closely with teaching teachers, student health services, and other colleagues.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Providing pedagogical support to students in various subjects.
• Adapting teaching and working methods based on the students' needs.
• Strengthening students' study skills, motivation, and independence.
• Collaborating with teachers, mentors, and student health services to create good conditions for student learning.
• Contributing to a secure and inclusive learning environment.

Your Experience

We are looking for you who have a pedagogical education and experience working with students in need of special support. You do not need to be a special education teacher – the most important thing is that you have a great commitment to helping students reach their full potential.

• Have a teacher education or other relevant pedagogical education.
• Have broad subject competence.
• Have experience working with students in need of special support.
• Have a good ability to adapt teaching based on different students' needs.

Salary between 30,000 SEK - 55,000 SEK depending on experience and responsibility. The final salary is determined individually and is based on a comprehensive assessment of your educational background, previous experience, and the area in which you have previously worked.
