Job Description

We are now looking for you who is a primary school teacher for grades 4-6 with qualifications in Swedish/Social Studies/English to Bäckagårdsskolan!

You will be part of a team of teachers where you together plan and are responsible for the students' education and development. Your focus is on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and trusting environment. You will teach students in primary school where you educate and support the students in their social and knowledge development.

You challenge students to take their own initiative, develop their interests and take responsibility for themselves and others. At Bäckagårdsskolan, we develop the school together!

Qualifications

You who apply are a certified teacher with qualifications for teaching towards grades 4-6 in the subjects Swedish/Social Studies/English. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we see it as meritorious. If you have qualifications in several subjects, we see it as meritorious.

You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's steering documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create study peace and a good learning environment for our students throughout their school day.

Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and with good knowledge and practice, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. Of course, you have a professional approach and work for good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school. If you have experience working with special support, we see it as meritorious.
