RESPONSIBILITIES

About the position

As a teacher with us, you will become an important part of the school's work to create an accessible and inclusive learning environment. You will:

• teach Swedish and English within the Introduction Programme and upper secondary school
• work with students who need clear structure, individual support, and adapted learning paths
• collaborate closely with student health services, special education teachers, and other teachers
• contribute to the development of our studio operations, which are currently being established as a central resource for students needing a calmer learning environment, alternative working methods, and more individualized support
• serve as a mentor for students participating in the studio operations.

In the studio, we work with small student groups, flexible teaching methods, and a focus on strengthening students' motivation, self-esteem, and learning strategies. The studio is under construction, which is why we are looking for a teacher with great flexibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• are a certified upper secondary school teacher in Swedish and English
• have experience with, or a strong interest in, working with students who need extra adjustments and special support
• are relationship-building, clear, and secure in the classroom
• enjoy working in a team and see the value of close collaboration regarding students' development
• have a solution-focused approach and enjoy thinking creatively about teaching and learning environments

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-08-10, End date: 2027-06-18.

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the operational needs.
