Job Description

We are now looking for you who are a Primary School Teacher (Grades 4-6) with qualifications in SW/ENG/MAT/SOC/SCI/MATH at Bäckagårdsskolan!

You will be part of a team of teachers where you together plan and are responsible for the students' education and development. Your focus lies on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and trust-building environment. You will teach students in primary school where you educate and support the students in their social and academic development.

You challenge students to take initiative, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. At Bäckagårdsskolan, we develop the school together!

Qualifications

You who apply are a certified teacher with qualifications for teaching in grades 4-6 in the subjects SW/ENG/MAT/SOC/SCI/MATH. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we see this as an advantage. If you have qualifications in several subjects, we see this as an advantage.

You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's steering documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create study peace and a good learning environment for our students throughout their school day.

Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and with good knowledge and experience, you work efficiently with relevant digital tools. Of course, you have a professional attitude and work for good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school. If you have experience working with special support, we see this as an advantage.

Bäckagårdsskolan is a preschool class to grade 9 school with approximately 600 students and around 80 engaged employees.
