The Cyber Defense unit is part of the Operational Center of the business area. We are responsible for delivering robust IT security products and IT solutions to Trafikverket's digital landscape.

As a System Engineer with a focus on email security, you will work with the analysis of illegitimate email and malicious code to protect our email communication, as well as the operation, maintenance, and support of our technical solutions.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• analysis and rule setting for our email protection
• participation in projects or assignments
• documentation of procedures and system descriptions
• installation, configuration, and updates
• lifecycle management

To meet future risks and threats, the unit prioritizes employee development. Through external and internal training, we provide you with the support you need for your competence development.

Trafikverket operates one of the country's most complex and extensive IT operations and is responsible for several socially critical IT services. Increased digitization has opened up endless possibilities but has simultaneously given rise to entirely new risks and threats.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• upper secondary education with a focus on data/IT, or alternatively other relevant education and experience that we assess as equivalent
• several years of experience as a system engineer (or a role assessed as equivalent) where you have worked with the operation and management of IT systems in a server environment, for example, configuration and lifecycle management, or IT systems within cybersecurity
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience with technical security solutions for email delivery and authentication
• experience with email systems and email management
• experience working in Linux environments
• experience with scripting languages
• experience working in Azure DevOps

The position is located in Borlänge or Gothenburg.

In this recruitment, web-based tests are used as part of the selection process. Interviews are planned to be conducted via Skype in week 35.
