Do you want to combine system administration, data protection, and business development in a role where you are close to the operations and make a real difference?

As a System Administrator and Data Protection Specialist, you will have a broad and important role within Hedemorabostäder's administrative department. You work closely with the entire organization and have independent responsibility for ensuring that our operational systems function efficiently, securely, and in line with the business's needs.

In this role, you are responsible for daily system administration, user support, rights administration, and contact with system vendors. You also contribute to the development of routines, documentation, training, and improvements related to our systems and working methods.

As a Data Protection Specialist, you coordinate and drive the company's data protection work. This means you support the organization in matters related to GDPR, information security, risk analysis, incident management, and documentation. You become a key internal resource helping employees and managers work safely, structured, and legally with information and personal data.

We are looking for someone who

has experience in system administration and an interest in how digital systems can contribute to better working methods in operations. You have good knowledge of GDPR and communicate clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Relevant higher education in IT, systems science, law, or equivalent, or experience that can be considered equivalent.
• Experience in system administration, preferably from the public sector and/or the real estate industry.
• Good knowledge of GDPR and preferably experience in data protection work.
• Interest in information security, AI, and new technology.
• Experience in business development and improvement work.
• Ability to support, train, and build trust within the organization.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience with property-adapted systems, such as Momentum, iBinder, or similar.

To thrive in this role, you are structured, meticulous, and analytical. You have an easy time creating order, seeing connections, and finding solutions. You work independently and drive issues forward, while being receptive and collaborating well with others.

Since the role involves many contact surfaces, you need to be communicative and pedagogical. You have the ability to explain complex issues clearly and create understanding for both systems, routines, and data protection in everyday life.
