Hästsportens Administrativa Center (HAC) is now looking for a Payroll System Owner who wants to combine specialist competence with development work. HAC is responsible for payroll and accounting services to trotting tracks and related operations within Swedish Trotting. The organization is now embarking on an exciting development journey where the payroll function will be modernized, streamlined, and future-proofed.

In the role of Payroll System Owner, you will hold a key position where you drive the development of working methods, system support, and quality throughout the entire payroll delivery. You will work closely with the business, system vendors, and an experienced team, becoming a crucial part of taking the next step towards a more automated and proactive delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and further develop the payroll system Agda (Visma).
• Ensure efficient system usage and increased automation.
• Drive improvements and standardization of payroll processes.
• Ensure high quality in data, structure, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with laws, agreements, and regulations (including GDPR).
• Act as the contact person for the system vendor.
• Provide specialist support in complex payroll matters.
• Contribute to the development of the team and working methods within the function.

What we are looking for

• Several years of experience in qualified payroll work.
• Very good knowledge of payroll systems, preferably Agda.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
• Experience in developing or streamlining working methods.

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience in system ownership or system administration.
• Experience in change or project work.
• Background in shared services or customer-facing delivery.
