The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Tester for our High Power Laboratory. As a Tester, you will work in an advanced test and production environment alongside test leaders. Your responsibilities include preparing and conducting tests, performing measurements, and actively handling documentation and safety procedures. The role also involves some maintenance work, maintaining order in the facility, and close collaboration with both technicians and engineers.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Prepare, execute, and monitor tests according to procedures and safety regulations
- Perform measurements and checks before, during, and after testing
- Handle customer contact
- Identify and resolve minor operational issues
- Perform minor maintenance and inspections of the facility and equipment
- Conduct quality controls and ensure that test results meet given specifications
- Maintain accurate logs, write reports, and update documentation related to tests and operations
- Contribute to order and safety
Your Background
- Vocational education in electrical power, electrician/electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience from testing work, laboratories, or test environments is advantageous.
- Basic mechanical and electrical understanding.
- Ability to work carefully, follow instructions, and handle technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in manufacturing or testing operations is an advantage.
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. Fluent English is advantageous but not a requirement.
