About the client
Our client is a global industrial company with a strong presence in electrification and energy infrastructure. They are a leading player in the development and delivery of advanced power transformer solutions and play a crucial role in the transition to a more sustainable and reliable energy system. The assignment is located in Ludvika and involves working in an international environment with both local and global interfaces.

About the assignment
We are now looking for a structured and driven project manager who wants to lead the rebranding work within the Power Transformers business area. In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on the remaining rebranding work within a broad spectrum of technical documentation. You ensure that updates are carried out according to established guidelines, schedules, and quality requirements.

The rebranding work includes, among other things:

• Project drawings
• Standard drawings
• Modules
• Instructions
• Other technical documentation

Your main responsibilities:

• Structure and coordinate remaining activities
• Ensure progress through continuous follow-up
• Coordinate work between local teams and global resources
• Participate in global meetings and report status, risks, and needs
• Ensure that documentation is updated correctly and according to standards
• Identify and manage risks and obstacles in the project

About you
To succeed in the role, you are a structured and self-initiating person with good ability to plan, organize, and drive work forward.

• Strong structural and planning skills
• Experience working with technical documentation
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables
• Good collaboration skills and experience working in international teams
• Clear communication skills

Language requirements: Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
