Do you want to help ensure the quality of future energy sources and technology? At our client's company, you will have an exciting role in a senior team of experts in high-voltage testing.
About the role
As a test engineer at our client's company, you work as a test leader, responsible for planning, conducting, and documenting high-voltage tests of transformers and reactors. You will work in a team with other test leaders and test specialists, as well as testers who perform the tests, with a focus on ensuring that every product meets technical requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities
The role involves a mix of practical and theoretical work, with varying pace depending on the project. There is also an opportunity to contribute to digitalization projects and process development within the department.
- Lead and conduct electrical tests on transformers and reactors in our client's laboratory.
- Responsible for handling and storing test results, controlled documentation, and test reports.
- Collaborate and communicate with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that testing work and deliveries take place according to schedule and quality goals.
- Contribute to a safe and sustainable quality culture within the department.
- Represent the company as a technical expert in high-voltage testing.
We are looking for someone who
- Has completed an engineering degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or equivalent.
- Speaks fluent English in both speech and writing, and speaks and writes Swedish without difficulty.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with test procedures and have worked in a similar role previously.
- Experience working with power components.
