We make society function for people on the move, on rails, in the air, and on water. That is why we need the best competence. Our mission is important and has significance in everyday life – for both private individuals and businesses. Here, we take responsibility, treat everyone well, and respect differences. As an employee, you contribute to a sustainable future.

About the job

Here, we value people who are curious, responsible, and solution-oriented. Our systems support important societal processes and are used by both internal and external users. This places high demands on quality, security, stability, traceability, and manageability.

We are now looking for a system developer with a requirements profile who wants to work in an agile development team where requirements work, business understanding, and quality are a natural part of system development. The role focuses on requirements analysis, requirements modeling, and translating business needs into clear, anchored, and testable requirements.

You will work closely with both the business side and the development team. In daily practice, this means you need to be able to understand rule-based processes, capture needs, formulate user stories and acceptance criteria, and contribute to the team building the right solution in the right way. The role suits you if you thrive in the intersection between business, technology, and quality.

You will become an important colleague in an existing team with developers, a Scrum Master, a Product Owner, and testers. For us, it is therefore important that you both complement the team's competence and fit well into the team's way of collaborating. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability, teamwork skills, and how well you are assessed to contribute to the team's shared working methods and work climate.

Here, you are important

Do you like working with others and do you want to develop in your professional role? Here, you can expect career development, a trusting leadership and employee relationship, and a sustainable working life. We are a secure employer that cares about your health with time for wellness activities during working hours, flexible working hours, a generous number of vacation days, and extra days off around holidays.
