As a Scrum Master at Trafikverket, you help make daily life easier for residents and businesses throughout Sweden. You do this by being a key piece in the effort to enable thousands of users to collaborate digitally with ease. We are now looking for a positive and engaged employee for two of our deliveries: the introduction of modern/new meeting services and the development of new collaboration solutions. Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master, you play a key role in leading and coordinating the team's work, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet business needs.

A selection of your responsibilities:

  • motivate and develop team members' skills and competencies
  • lead the team's work during PI planning and remove impediments for efficient work
  • implement initiatives for improvements
  • prioritize, coordinate, distribute, and follow up on work within the team's area of responsibility
  • ensure the team delivers its sprint goals and works towards PI goals
  • coach and help the team implement and follow SAFe based on the parts that best fit the activities, such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • a university or college degree, or relevant work experience that we assess as equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile leadership role
  • at least 1 year of experience working in agile development teams
  • experience with and a good understanding of working according to SAFe
  • at least 3 years of experience in project management
  • experience working in cross-functional teams with responsibility for both on-premises solutions and cloud environments
  • experience from introducing new meeting services such as Microsoft Teams or similar

It is an advantage if you:

  • have experience working within a government agency
