Our client is a global and world-leading player in the energy sector with a strong and long-term belief in HVDC technology (High Voltage Direct Current). HVDC enables efficient energy transport with direct current at high voltages and is crucial for transmitting energy over long distances with minimal losses. The technology plays a central role in, for example, offshore wind power and long-distance underwater connections and is one of the most sustainable alternatives for the future energy system. The organization is in an expansion phase and is heavily investing in further developing its IT/OT environment.

We are looking for an IT/OT specialist for our client's operations in Ludvika. The role is broad, business-oriented, and combines IT and OT in a technically advanced testing and production environment. You will work closely with the business and play a crucial role in ensuring that the right technology, systems, and infrastructure function in everyday life.

• Be responsible for the operation, support, and further development of IT/OT environments

• Work with infrastructure, applications, networks, and databases (e.g., SQL)

• Manage incidents, troubleshooting, and escalation of issues

• Support the business in testing and production environments

• Participate in and drive improvement and development initiatives

• Collaborate with internal teams, global colleagues, and external suppliers

You have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy understanding how different parts connect in a larger context. • Experience in IT/OT in industrial, production, or testing environments

• Broad technical competence in IT infrastructure and systems

• Good knowledge of, among other things, SQL

• Understanding of networks, security, and system operations

• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

• Experience in cybersecurity is a plus

Start: Immediately Location: Ludvika Scope: Full-time, weekdays with daytime working hours Employment Type: You will work as a consultant for 12 months with the ambition to subsequently be directly employed by the client.
