You will join an engaged team with broad competence and strong team spirit, where the group together drives delivery projects and develops test environments for the customer's products. As a Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the testing operations for transformers and reactors. You will become a key contact person for both customers and internal/external stakeholders, which requires good communication skills and a professional approach. You will work both locally and globally in various projects and networks, contributing to creating a safe and sustainable quality culture within the department. The role also involves contributing to the development of the business in both the short and long term. Your responsibilities

• Lead and perform tests on transformers and reactors
• Communicate with customers and build trust through clear and professional dialogue
• Ensure correct documentation of test results and production data according to current guidelines
• Participate in the digitalization journey to create a modern test environment
• Deliver according to schedule and set goals
• Contribute to a safe working environment

• Educated in power systems engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent
• Customer-focused with good risk awareness in high-voltage environments
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ludvika
• Driven, engaged, and able to foster collaboration in teams
• Solution-oriented work style and quality-conscious
