Job Description
Assignment:

In the role of Requirements Analyst, you are responsible for leading and conducting needs and requirements work related to the decision support system. This involves mapping and analyzing needs in close collaboration with the business operations, and translating these into structured and developable requirements for data warehouses, integrations, and reporting.

You will participate at an early stage in larger initiatives, particularly related to the implementation of a new journal system and associated follow-up, and will also be an active part of the ongoing work to manage and prioritize incoming development needs.

The decision support solution is based on Microsoft's platform (SQL Server 2022, SSIS, SSAS) as well as on-premises Power BI for self-service and interactive reports. Currently, major investments are underway where we are evaluating a hybrid architecture, and we see that technologies such as Fabric will become an important part of our future deliveries.

Your role includes actively participating in knowledge exchange within the team and ensuring that work is carried out according to established routines and methods. In this specific role, you are expected to take a leading responsibility for requirements work and coordination in both large and small initiatives. The role involves planning and structuring requirements work, leading workshops and dialogues with the business and the team, and ensuring that requirements are clear, prioritized, and anchored. You are expected to independently drive the work forward, be able to lead initiatives, and function as a cohesive link between the business operations and the development team.

Requirements:

• The consultant must have completed at least one (1) longer assignment (minimum 6 months full-time) in a larger organization where the consultant held a role as a Requirements Analyst during the execution of the assignment.
• Several years of documented experience in Business Intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Documented experience with SQL and/or basic experience in building reports in Power BI/Excel.
• Experience with Agile working methods and Azure DevOps.
