Do you want to work as a Payroll Specialist in a varied and responsible role where you can combine payroll administration, reporting, and advisory services?

We are now looking for an engaged and driven Payroll Specialist for our client in Stockholm. In this role, you will become an important part of the finance and HR team and be responsible for the entire payroll process. The role offers great opportunities to influence working methods, improve routines, and participate in projects related to payroll and HR systems.

About the role

As a Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for payroll preparation and administration in accordance with current collective agreements and legislation. You handle the entire process from time reporting and discrepancies to final payroll runs and reporting to authorities. You act as the contact person internally for HR, finance, and operations, as well as externally for suppliers and authorities. The position combines operational work with continuous improvement efforts and participation in system and process projects.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure accurate time reporting, absence, sick pay, benefits, and discrepancies.
• Handle monthly payroll runs including control, reconciliations, and accounting documentation.
• Ensure accurate reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency, Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and pension providers.
• Support managers and employees with payroll-related questions.
• Participate in improvement projects, system implementations, and the development of routines and processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have at least 3–4 years of experience in payroll administration in a similar role. You have good knowledge of payroll and labor law, social security contributions, as well as pension and insurance issues. Experience with several different payroll systems (e.g., Hogia, Visma, Agda, or equivalent) is required, and experience with integrated HR and financial systems is a merit.

You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have very good computer skills. Experience with collective agreement management, project work, and automation of payroll processes is a plus.

• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Stockholm, full-time on-site at the office
• Start date: According to agreement, preferably during August–September
• Employment type: Long-term consultancy assignment where you are employed by us at Andara Group
