Nurse/Community Nurse for Mariehem Health Centre

Region Västerbotten provides extensive primary healthcare services throughout Västerbotten County, serving patients of all ages in both urban and rural areas. With 33 health centers and rural clinics, we are where you are. We actively engage in research and development, utilizing medical findings to offer high-quality care where the patient is an active participant. Mariehem Health Centre has approximately 12,500 registered patients and is located in Mariehem, Umeå, a five-minute walk from Nydalasjön. Mariehem Health Centre is part of the Primary Care Area North, which also includes Sävar, Robertsfors, and Ersboda Health Centre.

Do you want to become part of an interprofessional team where we share responsibility for tasks? You will work alongside several experienced and specialized colleagues. We promote collaboration among all professions and work closely together.

We are now looking for a Nurse/Community Nurse for Mariehem Health Centre!

Number of positions: 2

Job Responsibilities

As a community nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that make people feel secure.

You meet and care for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly in scheduled, emergency, and own clinics. The work is varied, involving counseling, assessments, follow-ups, and other health-promoting activities.

We actively work to develop working methods that promote patient safety, accessibility, and a good work environment. We encourage an innovative approach to work.

We offer opportunities to specialize in areas included in the mandate.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have further education as a community nurse. Experience in primary care is an advantage.

You thrive in team settings but have a good ability to organize and structure your own work. You are flexible, can handle varying workloads, and have a solution-oriented approach. We work to actively develop working methods that promote patient safety, accessibility, and a good work environment.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.
