Our vision is to have Sweden's healthiest clients. We work in teams for our various client companies, delivering services within occupational health and safety, rehabilitation, and healthcare. A positive attitude, innovation, a holistic perspective, and a strong drive to achieve good results characterize our culture and work community.
As a psychologist with us, you will conduct assessment and supportive conversations related to work-related needs, focusing on strengthening the individual's work capacity and contributing to a sustainable work situation. The role also includes counseling and dialogue with managers and HR to support the business in work-related matters.
You will also work with occupational health and safety issues in close collaboration with our clients and in cooperation with other competencies within the unit. The assignments are consultative and may involve work at both individual and group levels, where you contribute your psychological expertise in various types of interventions.
The work may, for example, consist of conversations and assessments, group supervision, counseling for managers, training initiatives, as well as urgent occupational health measures such as crisis and conflict management. You will also carry out interventions at the group level in the form of lectures, workshops, and supervision for employees.
The role requires a holistic perspective where individual, group, and organizational factors are considered, while the work is primarily focused on interventions at the individual and group levels.
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist, preferably with a CBT focus. Experience with ACT/FACT/MI and digital treatment programs is an advantage. You have a burning interest in people in working life, a holistic view, and a desire to work in a preventive and promotional manner. We also look for a business-like and consultative approach, social competence, and that you are a good team player. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and want you to fit into our professional and positive team.
Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis, starting in August, so do not hesitate to apply now.
